New pianos need 3-4 tunings the first year and every six months there after.
If your piano has not been tuned in the last year it will most likely require additional tuning to bring it back to pitch. This is called a "pitch raise."

Custom fit a humidity control system on your piano to minimize the effects of Mother Nature.
Have every inch of your piano cleaned... soundboard and plate included as well as polishing of the case.
Remember that a service goes above and beyond a normal tuning to ensure that your instrument is functioning properly, that the inner workings are lubricated and aligned for proper performance.
Having your piano serviced regularly is the only way to ensure it is performing at its best. A service is recommended every 2-3 years.
